[CentOS] Custom user profile for GNOME 3?

OK, I finally got around to play with it. It looks like GNOME 3 stores 
all of its user settings in ~/.config/dconf/user. I tried copying that 
over recursively to /etc/skel, and it works. New users get the exact 
same profile.
