Are you talking bearing in mind VirtualBox?

I've created a bridge on the host machine, and 2 VM's but br0 has no slaves:

[sergio at hope share]$ sudo brctl show  br0
bridge name     bridge id               STP enabled     interfaces
br0             8000.000000000000       no
