[CentOS] dia under CentOS7

Thanks for all your assistance gents.  I've downloaded dia and the
extra libraries from nux-dextop.

I also considered LibreOffice-Draw, Inkscape and LibreCAD.  Dia just
seemed to fit what I was doing best.  I'm generating simple schematics
of datacentre mains switchgear.  I need to ensure compatibility with
C6 and C7 machines and some of those machines have no internet
connection, so no Google anything.

Once again, many thanks for such prompt and useful assistance.
