[CentOS] Working with PEM content

cat ${CERT} |sed '/^-----BEGIN DH PARAMETERS-----$/,/^-----END DH 
PARAMETERS-----$/d' > ${TMPFILE}

(one line) seems to work every time as long as it is well formed.
