[CentOS] Centos 7 using cups with cups-lpd loaded getting print jobs from an Sco Unix lpd system

tcp6 is just TCP over IPv6.
I suspect your /etc/xinetd.d/cups-lpd has a setting specifying IPv6 
rather than IPv4?
