The kernel 4.4 installs and runs fine on the NUC5C. Its the xorg-server package that is is my issue. Everything else ran fine. The problem I'm trying to solve is getting the NUC 5C to run X on 7.2. I "realize" that is all newer hardware - but if its possible it's beneficial. I just need to figure out how to compile the X server it was giving an error. Thanks, Jerry
