If you want to access guest VMs from the LAN, you need to set one up. Refer to the documentation I sent earlier. You'll create a bridge interface configuration, and the move the IP configuration from whichever ethX device you want to enslave to the bridge. The ethX configuration file, then, won't have any IP configuration specified, instead it'll contain "BRIDGE=br0".
