[CentOS] SELinux context not applied

I used the full path and got it working:

[root@ local]# semanage fcontext -a -t httpd_sys_rw_content_t
"/usr/local/netdot(/.*)?"
[root@ local]# restorecon -R /usr/local/netdot/
[root@ local]# ls -ldZ /usr/local/netdot/
drwxr-xr-x. root root unconfined_u:object_r:httpd_sys_rw_content_t:s0
/usr/local/netdot/
