[CentOS] Problem with download from local mirror

Ah , yes I have  not Installed  createrepo ,

I saw some  official mirror  , They have not this directory and file  (
http://xx.xx/7/os/i386/repodata/repomd.xml
<http://centos.local/7/os/i386/repodata/repomd.xml>) too
