Looks like ipv6calc is provided by EPEL - and the %post and %postun 
scripts in that RPM use '/usr/sbin/ldconfig' - which doesn't exist ...

They should be using '/sbin/ldconfig' ?

I guess you need to report this as a bug 
(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL#Communicating_with_the_EPEL_SIG) ?
