[CentOS] C7, systemd, say what?!

You. Have. To. Be. Joking. WHY? Why doesn't systemd *look* at fstab and
create what it needs on the fly? Why does it only "rudimentary mount"?
What purpose does that serve? What goal is it trying to achieve by this?
