[CentOS] PXE vmlinuz kernel doesn't recognize memory in Intel NUC?

Hey John, thanks - it's CentOS 7.3.

I was just looking at "newer" vmlinuz kernels; I was going to try scraping
one out of Ubuntu or Fedora.
