[CentOS] Yum java-devel not listed installed

True, but then how does "yum install java-devel" 
know what to install without a package by that 
name?  I thought that the "yum install" command took package (or group) names.

And sorry about the error in my rpm command; I 
meant it without the "yum" in front of it.
