This doesn't look like correct place to look for it to me. Please find it
in the place similar to the following (I'm giving URL of mirror I
maintain, but that should give you an idea):

http://bay.uchicago.edu/centos/6/updates/x86_64/Packages/

openssh-server-5.3p1-123.el6_9.x86_64.rpm

IS there.
