[CentOS] Update to 7.4 using DVD

Thanks for the commands.... I think something was messed up as the yum
group install "Gnome Desktop" seems to do the trick.
I had all the other items setup, for disable nouveu and all that.for the
binary NVIDIA.

Anyway - my desktop is back up and running, thanks.
