While not a simple answer, this bash function will provide what you're
looking for:
whatrequires () { (rpm -q --qf '%{NAME}\n' "$1" ; rpm -q --provides "$1"
) | tr \\n \\0 | xargs -0 rpm -q --whatrequires ; }
