Is your client struggling with the UI, or do they need help getting the certificates? The latter process tends to be site-specific, so they probably won't find public documentation for it. Once they have the certificate and key files, it's simply a matter of filling in the appropriate fields in the "Security" tab of the Wi-Fi connection properties.
