[CentOS] mate-terminal crash when using drag-n-drop tabs

The same EPEL mate-terminal install on CentOS 7.3 doesn't have this 
issue - so I'm guessing it is some incompatibility between gtk3-3.14 and 
gtk3-3.22 ?
