[CentOS] What is "Release Work"? (CentOS 8)

Everything in the task list shows "done". Yay! Except the last item, 
"Release work", which isn't in the Definitions at the end.

Does this mean it just needs to be rolled up into an installation ISO?

I see activity in Koji but I don't know what it means:
