[CentOS] failing to install LibreOffice 6.3.0.4

CentOS 7 comes with Libreoffice 5.3.6.1.  There is no support for 
installing newer versions from other sources.

RPM files from where?  We don't supply Libreoffice RPMs for any version 
other than what is stated above.
