[CentOS] C8: Wayland Session / Cut and Paste

I don't know if it's related, but I ran into a problem when highlight ->
middle-click to paste stopped working in kate on Fedora 31 on Wayland.
Worked fine on Fedora 30, and works on F31 + Xorg. So it's a Wayland
issue of some sort.
