On centos 7.X I can do this with the repository "CENTOS-QEMU-EV.repo" and the 
"kraxel.repo" for OVMF, this is working over years now.

This is my Problem (?), this will work ONLY, with the first installed Client a 
second client (host) is not possible to install with UEFI? This crash the 
whole system !!

Yes this is OK, it is the default by installing KVM / libvirt / qemu but it do 
not work?

That is why i wrote this question.
