debian has squidguard 1.5-5

whoa, I even found a reference to a 1.5 source tar..gz on the squidguard
site, but its 404, the same directory only has 1.2 and 1.3.
I wonder if they got knocked offline and had to restore an archive or
something.  seems to be a mess.
