[CentOS] CentOS 8.3 bugs

  I find that now in the current mirror. but I could not find it  a week ago.
 the problem old appstream repo file name is like below(and other
previous files are also broken):
 Nov 21 01:51 94ed8a9817da5e607b7674beb0b22fb09073901b041c26746124a5fd9f40a4e4-filelists.xml.gz

the fixed new one now net-snmp-perl is included:
Dec 15 23:05 923c0ccd2eb9ea937baecdc108b9284cf8ea56d0ae9d2465a3c9efa0d5c8d402-filelists.xml.gz

 the strange part is "net-snmp-perl" is already at Centos-Stream
before 8.3 release since I used it from there weeks ago. but it is
missing at the 8.3 snapshot files until Dec-15.

 anyway I think it is fixed now.
