[CentOS] CentOS 8 updates missing

Yes .. we are in the middle of a 7.9.2009 upgrade too.

We also have an issue with several module build failures (python27,
llvm, rust) which are in progress.

Once we fix the issues we will do a CentOS Linux 8 release.
