[Ci-users] Another jenkins plugin needed

That's interesting. When I asked Brian Stinson about it, he indicated that
the plugin was not available.
Essentially, with matrix builds, you either have to make the slave node an
axis or a node parameter. Doing it as an axis is dumb, since we'll never
use another node. Additionally, it adds complexity to the output of the
matrix job. Especially since it's not really something we are evaluating.
If the NodeLabel plugin is there, maybe the problem is with my jjb yaml.
Please advise.
