Is there any update on this?

I still get 404 on
http://ci.centos.org/artifacts/rdo/images/liberty/delorean/stable/undercloud.qcow2
vs.
http://artifacts.ci.centos.org/artifacts/rdo/images/liberty/delorean/stable/undercloud.qcow2
from the our rdo-ci slave.

We would need to have the same URLs in our jobs, otherwise people will
have no success trying to reproduce them outside of the CentOS CI
environment.
