[Ci-users] Setting up JJB service jobs in CICO

Hi,

I want to create a job in ci.centos.org, which  creates other Jenkins jobs,
using Jenkins Job Builder. However, JJB is  not installed on the Jenkins
slaves or master node. I'd like to know what would be the best way to
create such  service jobs in CICO.
