[Ci-users] Removing CentOS 5 from CI env

As CentOS 5 is now EOL, and removed from mirror.centos.org, we'll remove
it from the CI environment : people could request CentOS 5 nodes the
same way they do for 6 and 7 but we'll remove that feature today.
