CR is where the built packages derived from an upstream point release
(7.4) get placed before the corresponding CentOS Linux release (1708).
The catch is: these packages -may- change in place on a hotfix basis if
a packaging/rebuild-level bug is caught.

Multiarch rebuilds of CentOS Linux are done via a separate process, and
though they happen fairly quickly, they do not gate the release of
CentOS Linux.

In CBS, because of the hotfix-nature of CR, we do not include it in the
buildroots for SIG packages, we only include the released CentOS Linux
repos for this.
