[Ci-users] Unplanned Saferestart 14:35 UTC

Hi Folks,

To handle the Gerrit Triggering issue, I have issued a saferestart
starting at 14:35 today.

I expect this to finish up in the next hour or so. In the meantime jobs
will build up in the queue and be executed shortly after jenkins
returns.
