[Ci-users] Service Restored: ci.centos.org

Hi Folks,

The rest of the CI migration finished this morning, and we have opened
Jenkins to accept new jobs.

There are quite a few jobs still stacked up in the build queue, so we'll
be monitoring those as the day progresses. You'll notice a few slaves
offline, that's by design, we're using that to throttle things a bit
until things quiet down.
