[Ci-users] Jenkins downtime TOMORROW (09-Nov-2017) 20:00 Eastern

Hi folks,

We'll have a full Jenkins outage tomorrow at 20:00 Eastern. To convert
this to your local time please run:

date -d '2017-11-09 20:00 EST'


We are performing an upgrade to the latest LTS and upgrading some
plugins in response to security fixes.

As usual we will pause jenkins 1hr before to allow jobs to finish.
