Most of the jobs finished early, so I went ahead and did the migration.
Jenkins should be back up and running.
Notable plugin updates:
- Gerrit trigger: some of the comment-trigger issues we've had in the
past have fixes merged
- Github-api: Some syncronization fixes will supposedly help with api
limit exhaustion
Notable configuration updates:
- Allow jenkins to send to users that are not in the Jenkins user
database.
