[Ci-users] Pausing Jenkins to let the pool catch up

Hi Folks,

An automatic update to ansible on admin.ci caused some trouble with the
playbooks that we use to provision our bare metal hosts. I've patched
the issue, and am pausing Jenkins for a few minutes to let the pools
catch up.
