Actual Jenkins Pipelines (i.e. using groovy with 2.X syntax) do not currently have GHPRB enabled as plugin for them. I am guessing this is due to GHPRB needing to be updated to a version that has plugin support. I filed an issue here [1] as I would like to write our jobs using Pipelines and not revert back to freestyle Jenkins jobs.
