[Ci-users] Yum cache problem on some node

Hi,

I saw following error on some nodes when doing "yum -y install rsync":

Error making cache directory: /var/cache/yum/x86_64/7/base error was:
[Errno 17] File exists: '/var/cache/yum/x86_64/7/base'
