It's now back to "normal" state but with reduced capacity (we had two 
failing nodes with HDD issue that never came back online)
I'll take action to just reinstall at least one other replacement worker 
node.

We got confirmation/feedback through #centos-ci that it's now resolved 
for CI tenants and workloads running there
