If it imposes more non-automated work on the CentOS team, I'm comfy with
the simple inclusion of the upstream URL, as you currently do it.

Whatever minimizes the team workload is good by me. I *do* find
convenient the separation done now. So if the manual effort is a wash
between the two, I like the way it is.
