Do you mean the `rpm -q --changelog` part ?

Yes ! .. especially for packages sitting in Extras/Centosplus . For 
example drbd packages now in testing have to be announced too when 
pushed to Extras (my opinion)

Good idea : less spam for the people subscribed to all arch releases .. ;-)
