Hmmm. It doesn't really take more than getting an account on the
bugtracker and look at bugs which haven't been resolved/fixed. Look at
those bugs if they have upstream bugs reported (which then makes those
bugs upstream bugs which get closed when upstream closes them). 

If someone else than Karanbir is "owner" of a CentOS 5 bug, someone
already cares about that one. Same goes for CentOS 4 bugs not belonging
to Johnny. We don't get CentOS 3 bugs anymore :)

The rest of the bugs are those to be "triaged": Are they reproducible?
Are there already reports for those bugs upstream? If not, are they bugs
CentOS introduced by repackaging? If not, are those reproducible on RHEL
(yes, that can be a problem to find out). 

I could put something more elaborate on the wiki, if more people than
you think that this is needed :)
