[Centos] Release Announcement: CentOS 3.4 ia64 rc1

The CentOS team has released the first RC (release candidate) for CentOS 
3.4 ia64.  This product supports Intel Itanium2 processors.

This release is available via Bittorrent at this time.

This is a RC and not suitable for use in production tasks.
