Okay, here's the deal.  EPS12V 2.0 and ATX 2.0 are compatible through
24-pins.  EPS12V 1.x is not from what I read, but the power supplies and
mainboards were rare.

I'm still searching for more technical information, especially pin-outs
and expected tolerances.

It is mathematically impossible for someone who makes more than you
to be anything but richer than you.  Any tax rate that penalizes them
will also penalize you similarly (to those below you, and then below
them).  Linear algebra, let alone differential calculus or even ele-
mentary concepts of limits, is mutually exclusive with US journalism.
