More likely is the smtp server's IP address made the blocklists, and
nobody wants your mail. People should still be sending to you though.

If you send your email via the original, problematic service provider
(technically, this is fine - I have several yahoo addresses, but I never
use Yahoo's smtp service), then your emails will continue to be blocked.
Note that it is perfectly possible for you to configure your email
client to send email "from" any address you choose including mine. It
might not be legal, however, for you to use someone else's address, and
you will certainly ignore folk.
