[Centos-automotive-sig] Request for greenboot-qcom in SIG RPM repository

Hi,

I would like to request adding a greenboot-qcom RPM to the automotive-sig RPM repository. It would hold the systemd services and wrappers for integrating Qualcomm A/B slot boot tools with Greenboot.

Greenboot[1] allows convenient vendor specific extensions for running system health-checks and running specific actions upon success or failure of the system bootstrap. On some Qualcomm boards that support A/B slot booting, a vendor tool (abctl), can be available to report a successful boot to the firmware.
