Para usar o Virt-manager ou melhor o Xen é necessário ter VT ou VTD em sua placa mãe. Somete neste caso você terá a opção de instalação por uma ISO, CD OU DVD.

Cassio O xen so instala atraves de servidor NFS (pelo menos até o RHEL5) e não reconhece midia de cd ou dvd. Tinha suporte da redhat pago e os próprios funcionários indicavam a instalação assim. Mesmo assim pesquisei e não encontrei como fazer uma instalação de so em uma máquina virtual xen com midias. Você já fez isso? Estou migrando aos poucos os meus servidores de Xen para o vm (versão 4.1 do ESXI) e até agora não tive dor de cabeça. Tenho servidores licenciados com vm que tem quase um ano (8 meses aproximadamente) e não tive problemas com a licença.
