Você é capaz de reproduzir o erro, ou ele acontece aleatoriamente?
Por favor nos informe qual versão do CentOS e qual versão do Linux ("uname -a") você está utilizando.
Também nos informe quais módulos estão carregados ("lsmod").

Eduardo, envie também o resto da mensagem de erro. Tem um pouco de texto antes disso que você mandou (que é só o trace) que facilita no diagnóstico.
