Algue poderia me ajudar a configurar o snmp para pegar informacoes de disco, cpu, memoria, temperatura.

Para disco, CPU e memória o cacti já possui templates prontos para isso. http://www.cacti.net Agora se você quer pegar isso por comando tem este tutorial que vai te ajudar: http://www.debianadmin.com/linux-snmp-oids-for-cpumemory-and-disk-statistics... Lembre-se que alguns dispositivos como switches, roteadores etc, possuem MIBs próprias para a obtenção destas informações.
