jboss application server rpm

Hi All, I've been trying to locate a jboss application server rpm for CentOS 5, but I haven't found any. I thought it would be included with CentOS. Searching the yum repos hasn't turned anything up. Maybe my yum search was sub-par. Where should I look? Do any rpms exist? Xterm-color

Hi List Has anyone got any clue of why on a centos 4.3 when I am logging in to the machine I am geting the following error tput: unknown terminal "xterm-color" do I am not using xterm-color I can not start top of any other except vi. Does anyone have any clue? Kind regards Per Qvindesland

hi all I am trying to filter emails to a user (weather) based on the subject: :0 *^Subject:.*Weather | /usr/bin/formail | /path/to/executable *^Subject:.*Tornado | /usr/bin/formail | /path/to/executable All it does is deliver the email to the weather inbox. For testing I tried. echo 1 | mail -s "Tornado" weather Enabling verbose and log file gives me: From root(a)devcentos5x64.msgnet.com Fri Mar 13 10:04:07 2009 Subject: Tornado Folder: /var/mail/weather 671 Seems like it should work... date differs permanent some 3450 sec.

Hi, the date jumps within 30 seconds to a wrong value. ntp service is stopped at the beginning. Whereas hwclock seems more precise. Remarks: - most of our servers run without X-Windows, this uses X-Windows and Gnome. - the server runs kerio mail services. Postfix smtp_recipient_restrictions causing mail to fail

Hi All, I'm currently playing with smtp_recipient restrictions to try and knock some of this spam on it's head. On my old debian server, I was using this and successfully filtering out at least 90% if not more of all spam emails which was great. I didn't even need spamassassin. However, trying to do the same thing on my new CentOS based server isn't working. With the following enabled, nothing comes through from the outside world. Can anybody see where I've gone wrong. I can't fathom why this would block all incoming emails from the web. smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated, reject_invalid_hostname, reject_non_fqdn_hostname, reject_non_fqdn_sender, reject_non_fqdn_recipient, reject_unknown_sender_domain, reject_unknown_recipient_domain, reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org, permit Thanks, Kind regards, Logan Moore

WAY OT: domain name registration .co.za

Hello All, Very sorry about WAY off-topic query, but you folks really are one of my most International subscribed groups. I am looking for a recommendation for a domain name registrar I can register my .co.za domain name with that won't 'yank my chains'. I tried a couple attempts at registering and found some hidden fees along with the insistence that I had to host my DNS with them. Lots of hosting bundles! I just want a registrar that can register the domain name and use MY DNS servers. I'll do all the hosting, thank you very much! Thanks in Advance! Glenn

How can I find out what variables and their values were provided by a dhcpd server to my client? I thought perhaps /etc/dhclient-eth1.conf, but that is not the place...

port based routing

Good Evening, I am trying to set up port based routing on a CentOS 5.2 box as described here: http://www.linuxhorizon.ro/iproute2.html (second example) Therefor I have set up the following mangle and routing rules: $IPTABLES -A OUTPUT -t mangle -p tcp --dport 1100 -j MARK --set-mark 1 $IPTABLES -A OUTPUT -t mangle -p tcp --dport 1101 -j MARK --set-mark 2 $IPTABLES -A OUTPUT -t mangle -p tcp --dport 1102 -j MARK --set-mark 3 $IP route add default dev ppp100 table SOESTCOM1 $IP route add default dev ppp101 table VERSATEL1 $IP route add default dev ppp102 table TONLINE1 $IP rule add from all fwmark 1 table SOESTCOM1 $IP rule add from all fwmark 2 table VERSATEL1 $IP rule add from all fwmark 3 table TONLINE1 iptables -t mangle -L -vn output: http://pastebin.centos.org/24626 shows that the packages are marked correctly. Here is an example ip route show table output: default dev ppp102 scope link But it seems (and tcpdump indicates) that packages are still routed via default route, instead. howto prevent gnome_panel from starting up one 5.2 x86_64

how do I prevent gnome_panel from starting up? once its started I can do "gnome-session-remove gnome_panel" But I dont want it to startup at all. How can I do that? jerry
