SpamAssassin under CentOS-6.4

I wonder if anyone is actually running SpamAssassin with Postfix/Amavisd-new under CentOS-6.4 . I have followed the instructions in <http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Amavisd> but as far as I can see SpamAssassin is not working. I should say that I do not understand from this document what is meant to happen to spam. I understand that a Spam header is added, but what actually happens to email considered to be spam? libvirt hooks for startup and shutdown

Replication with centos 6.4

Hi, I need to create a real-time replication of a partition between two servers with centos 6.4, I am researching and finding difficulty with drbd, corosync, someone indicate material, do not need to run script automatically if a node drops only replicate. Grateful. -- Sergio.Alex

port for rpc.statd occupied rsync port

Hello, booting starts /etc/init.d/nfslock. today, rpc.statd used port 873. later starting xinetd finds port used and disabled rsync daemon. So its more or less a lucky break, to boot CentOS and have rsync running? In /etc/rc3.d is S14nfslock S56xinetd so by design xinetd starts always after nfslock!!!! Best regards -- Viele Grüße i.V. Hello, I use procedures for backup with rsync. The data where "pulled" by the backup server. Sender: Now CentOS 5.9, receiver CentOS 6 updated on July 3. Up to yesterday it run OK. Today morning I made yum update to sender CentOS 5 Now I get rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [receiver] rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(600) [receiver=3.0.6] yum.log says, rsync was not updated this morning. Both Versions 3.0.6 The command is like: /usr/bin/rsync --password-file=/etc/rsync.server --delete --backup --backup-dir=/backup1 --bwlimit=5000 -rtz user@server::dir/ /backup/ any idea? -- Viele Grüße i.V. Hello listmates, Normally whenever I needed to grab the contents of a disk/partition in its entirety I would just use dd to pipe it wherever I wanted and that would just work. However, with a VZFS partition on a Parallels VM itdoes not seem to work: root@nei [~]# dd if=/dev/vzfs of=/dev/null bs=1M count=50 dd: opening `/dev/vzfs': Permission denied root@nei [~]# root@nei [~]# mount /dev/vzfs on / type reiserfs (rw,usrquota,grpquota) proc on /proc type proc (rw,relatime) sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw,relatime) none on /dev type tmpfs (rw,relatime) none on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,relatime) none on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw,relatime) none on /backup/tmpdir type tmpfs (rw,size=800M) root@nei [~]# df Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/vzfs 62390272 37075204 25315068 60% / none 393216 4 393212 1% /dev none 819200 0 819200 0% /backup/tmpdir root@nei [~]# Any idea why this is and how to work around it?
